Lean Training and
Development

Our consultants accompany your team to streamline their processes, reduce waste and improve overall efficiency through the deployment of lean methodology such as; Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, 5S, Visual Performance Management and Standard Work, to name a few.

We propose a deployment of these principles that is tailored to the customer’s needs. It is completely opportunity driven to create an immediate return on investment and a lean culture that will sustain the improvements.

Also, we have our Lean Academy training school, which offers professional training to all associate levels. Our opportunity driven approach allows trainees to apply the tools they are learning within the business, and to create immediate improvements and savings.

Our Process

Assessment and Diagnosis

The Opportunity Driven Coaching (ODC) is our most intense course that runs over six to 12 months. It aims to guide your team through a comprehensive journey of problem-solving skills development and cultural transformation using live issues. Net benefits are immediate for the organisation involved.

Implementation

The Submersion in Lean Programme blends classroom learning with practical on-site projects. Participants develop lean skills and knowledge in six weeks, so they can embark on change processes within their workplace with immediate effect.

Monitoring and Support

The Kaizen event is a week-long training programme centred around a specific challenge, aimed at enhancing an existing process that can be implemented straight away.
