Our team will support you and your transition towards Industry 4.0. We will start by assessing the core elements of your systems (people, infrastructure and systems) against the required criteria and will apply a readiness rating across nine different categories (A-G).

This readiness rating is based upon decades of experience in digital transformations across a number of sectors, and you’ll be guided on which areas carry the greatest importance and attention. We explore what physical and virtual infrastructure is needed, what systems are required to connect machines, people and data and finally, we assess what processes, policies and decisions are required to drive transformation. At each milestone, we consider the outputs needed to transform people, machines and data. Our guidance and recommended actions deliver insights into the key assets you’ll need to utilise in transitioning to Industry 4.0.

Christian Pfingstl Christian Pfingstl is a Senior Consultant at IMIG, bringing a strong background in mechatronics to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and began his career with an apprenticeship in the same field. He further honed his skills by working on the EU Project SmaRTI with the System Integration Laboratory before joining IMIG in 2014.
