Thomas, embarked on his career journey in telecommunications, where he developed skills in optical measurement technology for fibre optic transmission and project management and discovered his passion for business dynamics. This passion led him to do a complete a business administration degree, whilst working, which complemented his technical ability with his degree in engineering.

Combining his technical and commercial knowledge Thomas was then able to set up and optimise supply chain management departments not only in his own business, but three others, before making the move into consulting at IMIG.
Thomas joined us in 2019 and is located in Stuttgart. One standout client project he won and led involved overseeing the outsourcing of logistics tasks amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The project involved outsourcing all logistics tasks and to redesign the processes with SAP. The project lasted more than a year and was challenging at times. Despite the hurdles, Thomas and his team met stringent deadlines, ensuring a seamless transition for the client.
At IMIG, Thomas’s career development has been nurtured through continuous learning opportunities within a tight knit team environment, he says “it’s like a huge family and you never walk alone with any tasks.” He values the flexibility, diverse challenges, and the good sense of humour IMIG offers.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Thomas finds solace in his passions for English classic cars, photography, and football playing and watching.
