With qualifications that include an HND in Management Studies and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Simon has built a distinguished career. He has significant expertise in Agile project management, risk management, stakeholder management, and quality management, gained through numerous international projects across the USA and Europe. His extensive experience ensures that he excels in consulting projects, consistently meeting timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Simon’s career in the automotive industry is marked by notable achievements. In the mechatronic world of the automotive industry, Simon functioned as a project manager and developed and improved the first-tier supply chain of an OEM in the UK. Before this role, he was responsible for deploying a production system across 18 facilities in the UK and Europe, demonstrating his ability to operate effectively at a corporate level. Simon joined IMIG in 2020 and has since taken on a vital role in controlling project teams and deliverables within the business unit. He manages customer relationships, develops strategic goals, and identifies business opportunities to maximise company performance. Partnering with the CEO and Operations Director, Simon ensures the recruitment of top talent in line with the resource plan, driving revenue, and achieving business profitability goals.
One of Simon’s standout achievements at IMIG includes the successful business turnaround for a global automotive castings company, a project that yielded an increase of weekly production output by 78.5%, with sales revenue increasing by 85% within 8 months. IMIG has continuously supported Simon’s career development by offering various development opportunities and providing a business coach to help him excel in his EVP role.
