Eleanor brings a combination of programme management and coaching to her role at IMIG. Beginning as an apprentice sports coach in 2019, she swiftly progressed to become a Programme Manager, delivering gymnastics programmes to her community. This experience helped her gain key business acumen in emotional intelligence, the importance of team collaboration and the differences between leadership and management.

Joining IMIG in December 2023, Eleanor’s responsibilities include facilitating meetings, managing reports and nurturing client relationships. She is currently contributing her expertise as a project support for one of IMIG UK’s long standing clients, aiding in project management, deadline adherence and stakeholder management, with the client describing her work as “exemplary”.
Eleanor highlights IMIG’s commitment to her career development and is inspired by the company’s belief in her potential and their dedication to attracting talent from diverse backgrounds. She describes her team as inspiring, supportive and reliable.
Eleanor’s spirit is evident in her recent experience teaching English in summer camps across Poland, where she embraced different cultures, expanded her global network, and enriched her personal growth.
