Ed Shrimpton is a Senior Consultant at IMIG. With a degree in Business Studies and certifications in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and as a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, Ed has built a dynamic career spanning various industries, including automotive logistics, telecoms, payments, banking, insurance, and pensions & investments. His journey has involved permanent, contract, and consulting roles, always driven by a desire to learn, grow, and test himself in diverse environments.

Since joining IMIG in July 2023, Ed has been immersed in a programme management role, working closely with a major automotive client to define and coordinate tasks across their network of suppliers. This role requires extensive stakeholder management and communication to ensure projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
IMIG has been instrumental in supporting Ed’s career development, offering the freedom to chart his own path, and fully backing his innovative ideas. Outside of work, Ed is usually training for his next ultra marathon. He also enjoys coaching his daughter Millie’s football team, one which IMIG proudly sponsors. He is an avid supporter of Oxford United and often shares the excitement of the game with Millie.
