Christian Pfingstl is a Senior Consultant at IMIG, bringing a strong background in mechatronics to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and began his career with an apprenticeship in the same field. He further honed his skills by working on the EU Project SmaRTI with the System Integration Laboratory before joining IMIG in 2014.

Christian’s day-to-day responsibilities at IMIG include data research, project management, PCB development, software development and various IT tasks. His technical expertise and project management skills are key to his role.
Throughout his time at IMIG, Christian has worked on numerous impactful projects. Notably, he has contributed to Business Excellence initiatives at TeamTechnik, Optima Life Science, and
Elektror in Germany. Additionally, he has played a significant role in the implementation of SCRUM at TeamTechnik and Jacob and has participated in several strategy workshops and projects in the automotive and machinery industries.
Christian has experienced several promotions at IMIG, his commitment to delivering high-quality results remains unwavering. He describes the team dynamic at IMIG as highly collaborative, with everyone dedicated to helping each other and ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys skateboarding, a passion that reflects his dynamic and energetic personality.
