Charlène Frutier is the Operations Director at IMIG, where she brings a wealth of experience in supply chain and general management. Holding a Bachelor’s degree, Charlène began her career as a planner in an automotive Tier 1 company, quickly advancing to Planning Manager and then MP&L Manager at the UK factory. Seeking broader experience, she worked at McLaren and later took on a leadership role at Eaton (now Danfoss), becoming Supply Chain Manager at the Havant factory by age 29.

In 2023, Charlene joined IMIG, where her role involves various responsibilities including sales and marketing, finance, accounting and business strategy. She also serves as the General Manager for the UK team and consults on SCM projects. Her work is dynamic and engaging, ensuring no two days are the same.
Charlène has contributed significantly to IMIG by conducting gap analyses and assessments, focusing on leadership, strategy, planning, procurement and logistics. Her insights have led to substantial improvements for clients, addressing costly issues effectively.
IMIG has supported Charlène’s career development, expanding her business acumen and strategic thinking. The small company environment has provided new challenges and learning opportunities.
The team at IMIG is strong and cohesive, and Charlène values the extensive industry exposure she has gained, visiting eight different factories in a year. This rapid experience has enhanced her analytical skills.
Charlène is also passionate about people development, having mentored several individuals and particularly enjoying coaching women. She has even given talks at local colleges, sharing her insights and inspiring others.
