Short Introduction of Khalid Said - Senior Consultant at IMIG UK Ltd.

I started my lean consultancy journey 15 years ago, and over the years have worked with a wide range of consultancy bodies across 7 different sectors. It's really true what they say; "Everyday is a school day". In my honest humble opinion, the IMIG approach to consultancy is truly one of the best, if not the best.

I do not know if it was planned or if it was just luck, but we are an absolutely great team. We support each other all the time, and openly recognise each other's strengths and weaknesses. There's no hierarchy, and we are willing to change to create the Paradigm shift. 

We are new and part of a new set-up. This means we all have great opportunities to be part of something great. In a few years we could be leading teams across the whole UK. I truly look forward to working with this great team every week, that Monday-morning feeling is now non-existent.
