Voice of the customer

The company Elektror and IMIG share a long mutual past. We have worked together to conclude various strategy and implementation projects for many years now. In 2004, for example, we designed and implemented the Elektror Logistics System (ELS) together. In 2017/2018, we executed the Elektror Business Excellence Program at the strategic level and addressed the possible impacts of Brexit as well as opportunities for internationalization. The wide-ranging experience held by IMIG and, especially, their technical expertise helped us a great deal in approaching all of our issue areas. The practical support and implementation within the projects were optimal and success was ensured after the project through review workshops.
