The company Elektror and IMIG share a long mutual past. We have worked together to conclude various strategy and implementation projects for many years now. In 2004, for example, we designed and implemented the Elektror Logistics System (ELS) together. In 2017/2018, we executed the Elektror Business Excellence Program at the strategic level and addressed the possible impacts of Brexit as well as opportunities for internationalization. The wide-ranging experience held by IMIG and, especially, their technical expertise helped us a great deal in approaching all of our issue areas. The practical support and implementation within the projects were optimal and success was ensured after the project through review workshops. Implementation coaching in everyday operations was especially useful for all the staff members here at Elektror.

I was especially impressed by the implementation-oriented approach of the IMIG consultants. Our people were closely involved in the projects from the very beginning. At Rational, we worked with IMIG a second time around on an exciting strategy project. The international presence of IMIG and the practical experience-based approach of the consultants helped us a great deal in forming options on the project team and working out the decision-making processing for our top management.

The armory in today's plastic injection molding is an enormous potential in the automotive industry for improving production. Concepts were developed together with IMIG. I really liked the direct implementation at the machines performed by our own staff members as well as the experts from IMIG.
