Jaja Thompson Jaja Thompson has recently joined IMIG as a Consultant, bringing with him a strong academic background with a Master of Business – First Class Honours. With 2.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector, Jaja is making a shift into consulting, a field he has aspired to enter since his university days. 

Kazuo Ooiwa Kazuo Ooiwa is a Senior Consultant at IMIG Japan (FMIC) and serves as a Board Member and Consulting Project Leader. He holds the prestigious qualification of Certified Master Management Consultant (J-MCMC). Kazuo's career in consulting began in 1980 with Japan Management Association Consulting. In 2003, he joined Future Management and Innovation Consulting (FMIC) through a joint venture project between IMIG and JMAC.

Christian Pfingstl Christian Pfingstl is a Senior Consultant at IMIG, bringing a strong background in mechatronics to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and began his career with an apprenticeship in the same field. He further honed his skills by working on the EU Project SmaRTI with the System Integration Laboratory before joining IMIG in 2014.

Charlène Frutier Charlène Frutier is the Operations Director at IMIG, where she brings a wealth of experience in supply chain and general management. Holding a Bachelor's degree, Charlène began her career as a planner in an automotive Tier 1 company, quickly advancing to Planning Manager and then MP&L Manager at the UK factory. Seeking broader experience, she worked at McLaren and later took on a leadership role at Eaton (now Danfoss), becoming Supply Chain Manager at the Havant factory by age 29.

Ashley Fox Ashley Fox is a Senior Consultant at IMIG, where he brings a wealth of experience and a robust educational background to his role. He holds a BEng in Automotive Engineering Design, a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership and a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting. Ashley's career began at IM Kelly, where he worked as a graduate engineer and then as a manufacturing engineer. He later joined KAB Seating, where he spent five years focusing on new model manufacturing engineering and logistics engineering before joining IMIG in 2022.

Akira Shimogaki Akira Shimogaki is a Senior Consultant at IMIG Japan (FMIC), bringing extensive experience and a distinguished qualification as a Certified Master Management Consultant (J-MCMC) to his role. Akira's career began in 1982 with Japan Management Association Consulting, and he later joined Future Management and Innovation Consulting (FMIC) in 2011, where he continues to contribute his expertise as an Executive Officer and Consulting Project Leader.

Simon Lucas Simon Lucas is the Executive Vice President for Automotive & Mobility at IMIG, bringing over 30 years of experience in managing complex situations under tight deadlines. With qualifications that include an HND in Management Studies and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Simon has built a distinguished career. He has significant expertise in Agile project management, risk management, stakeholder management, and quality management, gained through numerous international projects across the USA and Europe. His extensive experience ensures that he excels in consulting projects, consistently meeting timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Alun Tribe In the realm of leadership, Alun Tribe's story is one of growth and dedication to his colleagues. From shop floor apprentice to leadership roles across Europe and the USA, reaching the position of Managing Director of a 750-person plant at age 34. Alun's commitment to excellence in both product and people became the cornerstone of his leadership philosophy.

Paul Marron Paul Marron brings a wealth of experience to his role, with previous Leadership positions with companies like Agilent Technologies, Leonardo, and Eaton Aerospace & Director responsibilities with Ilika Technologies and SMR Automotive UK Ltd.

Thomas Klein Thomas, embarked on his career journey in telecommunications, where he developed skills in optical measurement technology for fibre optic transmission and project management and discovered his passion for business dynamics. This passion led him to do a complete a business administration degree, whilst working, which complemented his technical ability with his degree in engineering.

Michael Sänger Michael embarked on his career journey in 1994, alongside his studies, by founding his first workshop to develop and produce harnesses for the Oldtimer car. Following the completion of his thesis in 1997, he transitioned into the role of a project manager, swiftly progressing through various managerial positions in logistics, production and company officer roles.

William Davies IMIG is proud to spotlight William Davies, who joined as a consultant in 2022. Armed with an HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Project Management, William's career began as an apprentice in a foundry, evolving into roles such as Electrical Maintenance engineer and Project Leader in manufacturing. With a focus on project management, he has navigated complex restructuring projects, culminating in his current position at IMIG.

Tom Brignell We'd love to share the journey of Tom, who joined IMIG as a Consultant in 2020. Armed with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds, Tom spent the early years of his career as a Process Engineer and during that time met Alun Tribe, leading to a transition into consulting for IMIG.

Eleanor Pratt Eleanor brings a combination of programme management and coaching to her role at IMIG. Beginning as an apprentice sports coach in 2019, she swiftly progressed to become a Programme Manager, delivering gymnastics programmes to her community. This experience helped her gain key business acumen in emotional intelligence, the importance of team collaboration and the differences between leadership and management.

Liz Haydon-Turner We are excited to introduce Liz Haydon-Turner, a new recruit to our team at IMIG AI.  Liz is a qualified Solicitor and holds an ISTQB certifications, the most popular software testing certification in the world, specifically qualified in Agile Testing.   

Lyle Touroo With over 46 years of manufacturing experience, Lyle has demonstrated exceptional leadership and ability to motivate teams in his career. He has a successful track record of improving customer satisfaction, optimising costs and boosting profitability. Known for empowering individuals, his strong communication skills and ability to achieve objectives in cross cultural environments sets him apart.

Owen Tribe Owen Tribe is the Chief Technology Officer at IMIG, bringing over 30 years of experience in the technology sector. With a BA (Hons.) in Design & Technology, Owen has dedicated his career to building and leading teams that harness the power of technology.

Ed Shrimpton Ed Shrimpton is a Senior Consultant at IMIG. With a degree in Business Studies and certifications in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and as a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, Ed has built a dynamic career spanning various industries, including automotive logistics, telecoms, payments, banking, insurance, and pensions & investments. His journey has involved permanent, contract, and consulting roles, always driven by a desire to learn, grow, and test himself in diverse environments.
